How the Powerblocks land on the Smart Panel depends on your total tower count.
How you land the Powerblocks on the Smart Panel depends entirely on your total tower count. Every tower is protected by its own 2-pole 60 A breaker.
With one or two towers, each tower lands directly on the Smart Panel on its own 60 A breaker. With three or four towers, towers are grouped through a combiner box, and each combiner feeder lands on the Smart Panel on a 124 A breaker. Never parallel three or more towers without a combiner.
Breaker layout
- Each tower: its own 2-pole 60 A breaker
- One or two towers: land directly on the Smart Panel
- Three or four towers: combiner box, with a 124 A combiner feeder breaker at the Smart Panel
