Our Smart Panel gives you remote control of every circuit in your home. You can turn lights or appliances on and off from your phone, choose which circuits stay on during a power outage, and decide when to sell extra energy back to the grid. It's more than a breaker box: it's the brain of your home's energy system.
Do I need solar or batteries to benefit?
Not at all! Kora lowers bills and improves reliability even in a grid-only home. And when you're ready to add solar, batteries, or an EV charger later on, the panel is already prepared to manage and optimize them.
What happens in a power outage?
The Smart Panel automatically manages your energy priorities by drawing from the grid, solar, or battery power as available. This keeps your most important circuits running. You can update your priorities in the app at any time.
What's the expected lifespan?
Our Smart Panel is built to last over 30 years with solid-state components and regular over-the-air updates to keep it future-ready. Major components also carry a 12-year warranty.
How many circuits and amps does it support?
The Smart Panel handles standard 200-amp service and up to 12 controllable circuits. If you have a larger home or think you might need a second panel, we can help you size your system accordingly.
What if I have more than 12 circuits?
Most homeowners choose their most important circuits like HVAC, the fridge, lights, outlets, and internet. Focusing on those circuits is also what allows Kora to prioritize power and extend your backup time during outages. If you need to manage more than 12 circuits, your electrician can help design a setup that fits your home. That might mean adding a second Smart Panel or grouping circuits by priority.
What are the dimensions of the Smart Panel?
The Smart Panel measures approximately 16.75" wide x 24.25" tall x 6.84" deep. It's designed to be wall-mounted and compact enough to fit alongside your existing electrical setup.
